Ben has been in the world of plumbing since he was just 16, learning the ropes through a plumbing firm in Portishead.

Fast forward to 2020 and Ben decided to go it alone, fulfilling a desire to do things his own way.

Ben’s on a mission to give private home owners, landlords and property developers great service and project outcomes that represent amazing value for money.

He works with his trusted network of 10 sub contractors, bringing together gas, electric, plastering, tiling, flooring and general building skills.

Ben’s provides brilliant project management, making the upheaval of project work far less painful.

I love my work. When I’m meeting a customer for the first time and they explain to me what they have in mind, I know that they are going to be really wowed when we have made their ideas come to life. Of course, not everyone finds it easy to explain what they want, so I will help a customer to think through the options. If it is a big project, such as fully replacing a bathroom, we know that can be a real headache for customers, so we go out of our way to make sure the upheaval isn’t too much. We keep things really tidy, keep noise down as much as possible, cleaning up each day as we progress the project. We also work quickly so that the project doesn’t go on any longer than it needs to. Many of our customers worry about the cost of making changes, but we help them to understand options and costs, so they are always in control. There is a lot of trust in this type of work, and we really respect our customers and do all we can to make them happy!
